M\u00e4rz 2023 zur Verordnung f\u00fcr das \u00abYear of Skills 2023\u00bb geeinigt. Damit wird der Weg frei f\u00fcr den termingerechten Start im Mai. Das Jahr der Kompetenzen 2023 will insbesondere KMU dabei helfen, den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel in der EU zu beheben<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EU-Kommissionspr\u00e4sidentin Ursula von der Leyen hatte das \u00abYear of Skills\u00bb im Herbst 2022 angek\u00fcndigt. Die Kommission pr\u00e4sentierte im Anschluss den entsprechenden <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?langId=de&amp;catId=89&amp;newsId=10431&amp;#navItem-relatedDocuments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Verordnungsvorschlag<\/a>.&nbsp;Das Jahr soll von Mai 2023 bis am Mai 2024 dauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ziele und Massnahmen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Jahr der Kompetenzen will ein Augenmerk auf Aus- und Weiterbildung legen, um die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit Europas zu st\u00e4rken und neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu schaffen. Eine angepasste Aus-\u00a0und Weiterbildung soll dabei helfen, die L\u00fccken bei Fachkr\u00e4ften und Kenntnissen \u2013 insbesondere in Bezug auf den digitalen und \u00f6kologischen Wandel \u2013 zu schliessen. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass sich die Zahl der unbesetzten Arbeitspl\u00e4tze in diesem Bereich von 2015 bis 2021 verdoppelt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Folgende Aktivit\u00e4ten sind f\u00fcr das Year of Skills geplant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konferenzen und Foren, um die Rolle und den Beitrag der Politik zu Kompetenzen zu diskutieren,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diskussionsanl\u00e4sse dazu, wie sich \u00f6ffentliche und private Akteure aktiv einbringen k\u00f6nnen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiativen, um die M\u00f6glichkeiten und die Finanzierung von Aus- und Weiterbildung zu f\u00f6rdern,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kommunikation und Kampagnen zu EU-Initiativen f\u00fcr die Aus- und Weiterbildung.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Jahr&nbsp;nutzt verschiedene bestehende Initiativen aus dem Bildungs- und Ausbildungsbereich und verleiht diesen Priorit\u00e4t.
