September&nbsp;steht das \u00abPortfolio\u00bb, eine Lern- und Entwicklungsmethode, die im Fachausweis 2023 an verschiedenen Stellen implementiert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Fachausweis 2023 sollen die Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten w\u00e4hrend der Ausbildung f\u00fcr alle Module ein Kompetenz-Portfolio f\u00fchren. Dieses Instrument soll ihnen helfen, ihren Lernprozess zu reflektieren und mit der eigenen Praxis zu verbinden. Ausserdem sollen sie anhand eines Performanz-Dossiers an der Berufspr\u00fcfung ihr Professionsverst\u00e4ndnis belegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beide Portfolios werden von den angehenden Ausbilderinnen und Ausbildern f\u00fcr die Berufspr\u00fcfung ben\u00f6tigt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann ein Portfolio beim pers\u00f6nlichen Kompetenzmanagement sowie bei Bewerbungsprozessen von grossem Nutzen sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Folgende Fragen werden im Mittelpunkt der Plattformtagung stehen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Was umfasst der Begriff Portfolio?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie kann das Portfolio angeleitet werden?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was kann damit erreicht werden?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welche Voraussetzungen m\u00fcssen Kandidatinnen\/Kandidaten und Ausbildungsinstitutionen daf\u00fcr mitbringen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In den Workshops besteht die Gelegenheit, Fragen, W\u00fcnsche und kritische R\u00fcckmeldungen zu verschiedenen Themen rund um den&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/ausbilden-als-beruf\/ada-baukastensystem\/weiterentwicklung-und-revision\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AdA-Baukasten 2023<\/a>&nbsp;einzubringen und zu diskutieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Tagung findet in Deutsch und Franz\u00f6sisch mit Simultan\u00fcbersetzung statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anmeldung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-minimal\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/event\/ada-plattformtagung-2021\/\">Online-Anmeldung AdA-Plattformtagung 2021<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bild: SVEB<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Zentrum der AdA-Plattformtagung vom 15.
