{"id":31417,"date":"2022-11-08T09:59:34","date_gmt":"2022-11-08T08:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alice.ch\/?post_type=project&#038;p=31417"},"modified":"2024-11-19T10:00:29","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T09:00:29","slug":"bildung","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/project\/bildung\/","title":{"rendered":"BILDUNG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-reduced-width is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Analyse und Grundlagendokumente des nordisch gepr\u00e4gten Konzepts ganzheitlicher \u00abBildung\u00bb, um gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen zu l\u00f6sen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurzbeschreibung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hauptziel des Projektes BILDUNG ist es, das nordisch gepr\u00e4gte&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eaea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Bildung-German.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Konzept ganzheitlicher \u00abBildung\u00bb<\/a>&nbsp;als zukunftsorientiertes Konzept zu erforschen und daraufhin zu analysieren, wie es im aktuellen Kontext dazu beitragen kann, gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hintergrund ist die \u00dcberlegung, dass aktuelle Entwicklungen \u2013 etwa im Hinblick auf die Demokratie, die Digitalisierung, den Klimawandel oder die Covid-Pandemie \u2013 bei vielen Menschen Unsicherheit und \u00dcberforderung erzeugen. Um diese Entwicklungen bew\u00e4ltigen zu k\u00f6nnen, sind Gesellschaften auf eine lernf\u00e4hige, aktive Bev\u00f6lkerung angewiesen. Ganzheitliche Konzepte wie jenes der nordischen \u00abBildung\u00bb k\u00f6nnen dazu einen Beitrag leisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den meisten L\u00e4ndern, so auch der Schweiz, stellt das traditionelle Bildungssystem arbeitsbezogene Kompetenzen in den Mittelpunkt. Andere, f\u00fcr die individuelle und gesellschaftliche Entwicklung ebenfalls wichtige Aspekte \u2013 wie die Entfaltung des individuellen Potenzials oder das \u00dcbernehmen von sozialer, politischer und \u00f6kologischer Mitverantwortung \u2013 haben im Bildungssystem oft einen geringeren Stellenwert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor diesem Hintergrund will dieses Projekt das Potential eines ganzheitlich verstandenen Bildungskonzeptes analysieren und f\u00fcr die Praxis der Weiterbildung st\u00e4rker zug\u00e4nglich machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ziele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Ziel von BILDUNG ist die Analyse des ganzheitlichen Konzeptes von \u00abBildung\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Zentrum steht das Potential dieses Ansatzes f\u00fcr die Bew\u00e4ltigung von Herausforderungen, wie: Qualifikationsdefiziten (skills gap), dem Wandel demokratischer Systeme, der Digitalisierung, dem Klimawandel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Resultate des Projekts sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grundlagenbericht und Video zu Konzept, Geschichte und Umsetzung des Konzeptes \u00abBildung\u00bb in verschiedenen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern (desk research).
