Durch den Austausch zu aktuellen Fragestellungen stellt der SVEB sicher, dass relevante Themen in der Schweiz diskutiert werden. Mit HORIZONTE will der SVEB auch neuen Ans\u00e4tzen in der Praxis begegnen und damit Impulse in der Schweiz anregen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ziele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sich wandelnde Anforderungen an die <a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/professionalisierung\/\">Ausbildung der Ausbildenden<\/a> (AdA):<\/strong> Megatrends wie die Digitalisierung oder die Konnektivit\u00e4t stellen neue Anforderungen an die Formen des Lehrens und Lernens in der Weiterbildung. Um diese Trends zu antizipieren, ist ein Austausch mit Expertinnen und Experten in Europa zentral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entwicklungen in Qualit\u00e4tssystemen:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/qualitaet\/qualitaetslabel-eduqua\/\">eduQua<\/a> gilt in Europa als Best Practice in Bezug auf Qualit\u00e4tssicherung. Der Austausch mit Fachpersonen aus anderen L\u00e4ndern gibt Akteuren in der Schweiz Denkanst\u00f6sse und regt an, neue Gesichtspunkte zu entdecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wissenstransfer zwischen Forschung und Praxis:<\/strong> Mit praxisorientierten <a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/forschung\/entwicklungen-fuer-die-praxis\/aktuelle-entwicklungsprojekte\/\">Entwicklungsprojekten<\/a> will der SVEB Weiterbildungsanbieter dabei unterst\u00fctzen, sich mit aktuellen Entwicklungen auseinanderzusetzen und deren Potenziale zu nutzen.
