{"id":548,"date":"2022-08-16T17:30:15","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T15:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.atxeit.ch\/sveb\/?post_type=project&#038;p=548"},"modified":"2023-06-19T09:23:55","modified_gmt":"2023-06-19T07:23:55","slug":"go-nanotec","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/project\/go-nanotec\/","title":{"rendered":"GO Nanotec"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-reduced-width is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">F\u00f6rderung der Grundkompetenzen junger Sozialhilfebez\u00fcger in der Berufsbildung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektbeschrieb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Junge Erwachsene, die Beitr\u00e4ge von der Sozialhilfe beziehen und \u00fcber keinen Abschluss auf Sekundarstufe II verf\u00fcgen, geraten tendenziell h\u00e4ufiger in finanzielle, soziale und pers\u00f6nliche Schwierigkeiten. Das Projekt \u201eGO Nanotec\u201c hat zum Ziel, das Problem an der Wurzel zu packen und jungen gering qualifizierten und erwerbslosen Erwachsenen die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, ihre Grundkompetenzen zu verbessern und somit Zugang zum Berufsabschluss zu erhalten. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der F\u00f6rderung von zwei Grundkompetenzbereichen: den grundlegenden Mathematikkenntnissen und der Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das durch den SVEB entwickelte GO Modell hat zum Ziel, die Grundkompetenzen Erwachsener direkt am Arbeitsplatz zu f\u00f6rdern. Im Projekt GO Nanotec wird das GO Modell zur arbeitsplatzorientierten F\u00f6rderung im Logistikbereich eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Westschweizer Sekretariat des SVEB leitet dieses Projekt, woran sich die Stiftung \u201eMode d\u2019emploi\u201c, welche junge Sozialhilfebez\u00fcger f\u00f6rdert, und der Weiterbildungsanbieter \u201eNanotec for schools\u201c beteiligen. Die durch die Stiftung Mode d\u2019emploi begleiteten jungen Erwachsenen absolvieren eine Grundbildung als Logistiker\/in, ihnen fehlen jedoch die n\u00f6tigen Mathematik- und IKT-Grundkompetenzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt wird durch das Bundesamt f\u00fcr Sozialversicherungen (BSV) im Rahmen des nationalen Programms gegen Armut finanziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektziele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00f6rdern der Mathematik- und IKT-Grundkompetenzen junger Sozialhilfebez\u00fcger mithilfe des GO Modells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weiterentwicklung des GO Modells auf die spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Logistikbranche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektresultate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Projektpartner entwickeln und pilotieren kurze Bildungsmassnahmen, die sich an den spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Zielgruppe der jungen Sozialhilfebez\u00fcger und an den Anforderungen des Berufsfelds der Logistiker orientieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontakt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><div class=\"contact-persons\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":43554,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"project-category":[64],"project-tag":[],"project-region":[216],"global-category":[],"class_list":["post-548","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","project-category-chancengleichheit","project-region-ch"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
