Was zum momentanen Zeitpunkt allerdings fehlt, ist ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis der Akteure \u00fcber Micro-Credentials, das f\u00fcr die Nutzung dieses Potenzials gebraucht w\u00fcrde. Ebenfalls fehlen einheitliche Regelungen und Vorgehensweisen f\u00fcr die Ausstellung und Anerkennung der Zertifikate sowie eine (einheitlich koordinierte) umsetzbare digitale L\u00f6sung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind Micro-Credentials ein eher neues Thema. Viele Ausbildende sind bisher kaum mit ihnen in Kontakt gekommen und entsprechend gross ist der Bedarf nach Weiterbildung.
