Diese Methode erm\u00f6glicht innovative Lernprozesse und f\u00f6rdert gleichzeitig nachhaltiges Lernen, das auf den jeweiligen Ort bezogen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt soll die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Bildungseinrichtungen, lokalen Gemeinschaften und Akteuren sowie dem Arbeitsmarkt in einer Region st\u00e4rken \u2013 insbesondere in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten, die h\u00e4ufig \u00fcber kein attraktives oder leicht zug\u00e4ngliches Weiterbildungsangebot verf\u00fcgen. Bildungsangebote mit dem PBE-Ansatz k\u00f6nnen das Interesse f\u00f6rdern, Teilnahmequoten erh\u00f6hen und die Attraktivit\u00e4t dieser Regionen insgesamt steigern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt PLASE richtet sich an Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder, Bildungspersonal sowie Weiterbildungseinrichtungen und lokale Akteure im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung.
