Expertinnen und Experten gehen davon aus, dass Erwachsene zus\u00e4tzlich zu konventioneller Aus- und Weiterbildung kurze, praxisbezogene \u00abjust-in-time\u00bb Weiterbildungen ben\u00f6tigen. Ein grosses Potenzial wird dabei in Micro-Learning-Angeboten gesehen, die mit Micro-Credentials zertifiziert werden. Die Lerneinheiten sind k\u00fcrzer als bei konventionellen Weiterbildungsabschl\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch ihre Kleingliedrigkeit werden Micro-Credentials als Chance gesehen, die Effizienz der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung zu steigern und Innovationen im Bereich des lebenslangen Lernens zu f\u00f6rdern.
