Thanks to the support of the national agency Movetia, from 2021 to 2023 the Swiss Federation for Adult Learning SVEB was able to take part in the European Erasmus+ project Spiritus Loci (Partnership of Places, communities and art forms for an education to beauty). The project aims to enhance places of cultural significance by educating and raising awareness among the local population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Spiritus Loci project focussed on the development of innovative courses aimed at enhancing and strengthening the identity of physical places of cultural significance through educational, recreational and creative activities. The aim is to enable new experiences at cultural sites which, in the traditional cultural sector, are often not seen or experienced very much. The local population needs to become proactively involved in the implementation of these courses, with a focus on the younger generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SVEB\u2019s involvement in the project focussed on the development of curricula and teaching resources for trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
