Le think tank TRANSIT se penche actuellement sur le th\u00e8me des Future Skills. En collaboration avec des expertes et des experts, nous avons esquiss\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats de recherche et des connaissances de base. Nous avons \u00e9galement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux perspectives qui pourraient en d\u00e9couler pour la formation continue et l\u2019avenir de l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de la manifestation, vous aurez la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ces perspectives avec les personnes participantes, de les \u00e9largir ou de donner de nouvelles impulsions. En outre, vous pourrez examiner les perspectives de mani\u00e8re critique au regard de votre pratique et envisager des sc\u00e9narios d\u2019application. Dans le cadre de ce processus cr\u00e9atif, nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons aux d\u00e9veloppements, discutons de nouvelles voies, remettons en question les habitudes et nous enthousiasmons pour les d\u00e9veloppements futurs. Vous aurez l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer et d\u2019\u00e9largir votre r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En se posant des questions sur le futur, nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons \u00e0 notre vision de l’avenir. En outre, nous \u00e9changeons sur les objectifs que nous voulons poursuivre avec les Future Skills.  
 
 
Apport th\u00e9orique d\u2019Alexandre Lecoultre et d\u2019Helen Buchs, respectivement responsable de TRANSIT pour la Suisse romande et directrice du think tank TRANSIT de la FSEA, pour \u00e9clairer de mani\u00e8re critique les repr\u00e9sentations sous-jacentes de l\u2019avenir comme les exigences qui y sont li\u00e9es.  <\/td><\/tr>

Nous utilisons des m\u00e9thodes collaboratives pour explorer la plus-value des Future Skills pour la formation continue. Nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons ensemble aux implications esquiss\u00e9es par TRANSIT. Nous les examinons de mani\u00e8re critique, remettons en question leur importance pour la pratique, les adaptons, les rejetons ou en concevons de nouvelles.  <\/td><\/tr>
