Dans le m\u00eame temps, la question se pose de savoir comment renforcer la coh\u00e9sion sociale dans ces conditions \u2013 et quel r\u00f4le joue la formation continue \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le think tank TRANSIT, qui se consacre actuellement au th\u00e8me central \u00abPolarisation et coh\u00e9sion sociale\u00bb, vous invite \u00e0 un \u00e9change collaboratif sur ce sujet. Ensemble, nous souhaitons discuter des opportunit\u00e9s, des d\u00e9fis et des responsabilit\u00e9s qui en d\u00e9coulent pour la formation continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement collaboratif, vous aurez un aper\u00e7u des connaissances scientifiques actuelles sur ce sujet, vous vous familiariserez avec les perspectives issues de la recherche et de la pratique, et vous pourrez partager vos propres exp\u00e9riences et questionnements. Ensemble, nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chirons \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont la formation continue contribue d\u00e9j\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion sociale, aux situations o\u00f9 elle risquerait de renforcer elle-m\u00eame les clivages, et \u00e0 quoi pourrait ressembler une formation continue de demain favorisant une gestion constructive des diff\u00e9rences sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer, nous aborderons le sujet lors d\u2019une discussion anim\u00e9e avec une personne invit\u00e9e, sp\u00e9cialiste de ces questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous travaillerons ensuite dans le cadre interactif d\u2019un world caf\u00e9 en abordant diff\u00e9rentes dimensions de la polarisation sociale: politique, sociale, \u00e9conomique et technologique. Ensemble, nous aborderons des questions telles que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O\u00f9 et comment la formation continue renforce-t-elle aujourd\u2019hui la coh\u00e9sion sociale?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans quelle mesure la formation continue contribue-t-elle \u00e0 renforcer les tendances \u00e0 la polarisation?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 quoi ressemblerait une formation continue de demain qui renforce la coh\u00e9sion sociale?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que faut-il pour que la formation continue puisse assumer son r\u00f4le dans le renforcement de la coh\u00e9sion sociale?<br>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement s\u2019enrichit des exp\u00e9riences, des points de vue et des id\u00e9es des personnes participantes.
