Fin septembre 2022, bon nombre d\u2019entre eux \u00e9taient \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi ou \u00e9taient int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par un travail. Tels sont les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e bernoise pour le compte du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019\u00c9tat aux migrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de l\u2019automne 2022, la haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e bernoise (BFH) a effectu\u00e9, sur mandat du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019\u00c9tat aux migrations, une \u00e9tude aupr\u00e8s de 8000&nbsp;personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du statut de protection&nbsp;S. Le groupe cible \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 16 \u00e0 59&nbsp;ans. Les Ukrainiennes et Ukrainiens en qu\u00eate de protection en Suisse ont un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de formation. 70% des personnes interrog\u00e9es poss\u00e8dent m\u00eame un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leurs connaissances linguistiques s\u2019am\u00e9liorent rapidement: 83% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 suivre ou avoir suivi un cours de langue. 40% estiment avoir de tr\u00e8s bonnes connaissances en anglais. 10% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir une bonne compr\u00e9hension d\u2019une langue nationale et pouvoir s\u2019exprimer correctement dans cette langue. Leurs connaissances linguistiques s\u2019am\u00e9liorent \u00e0 mesure que leur dur\u00e9e de s\u00e9jour s\u2019allonge. Les jeunes apprennent plus rapidement une langue nationale et poss\u00e8dent une meilleure ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019anglais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motivation pour travailler et potentiel sur le march\u00e9 du travail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En principe, les personnes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du statut&nbsp;S ont le droit de travailler et souhaitent trouver un travail, selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Les donn\u00e9es pertinentes pour le march\u00e9 du travail collect\u00e9es dans le cadre de cette enqu\u00eate soulignent notamment des points forts au niveau de la motivation, de la formation et de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du statut S poss\u00e8dent un potentiel relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9 en termes d\u2019emploi.
