D\u00e8s octobre, les candidats et candidates seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s avec un dossier de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et un entretien de r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est fait, le nouveau r\u00e8glement d&rsquo;examen pour le brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de formateur\/formatrice d&rsquo;adultes a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 le 22 mai 2024 par le SEFRI. Il entre en vigueur \u00e0 la m\u00eame date. Ainsi, les bases l\u00e9gales sont d\u00e9sormais en place pour pouvoir effectuer le nouvel examen. La date limite d&rsquo;inscription pour la premi\u00e8re session \u00e9tait \u00e0 mi-mai. 14 candidats et candidates pr\u00e9pareront un dossier de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences cet \u00e9t\u00e9, qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9senteront en octobre avec leurs r\u00e9flexions quant \u00e0 leur compr\u00e9hension du m\u00e9tier face aux expertes et experts aux examens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l&rsquo;approbation du r\u00e8glement d&rsquo;examen, la FSEA a atteint un jalon majeur. Nous nous r\u00e9jouissons de pouvoir d\u00e9sormais mettre en place un examen adapt\u00e9 aux adultes et orient\u00e9 vers la pratique.
