Le mandat accord\u00e9 par le Secr\u00e9tariat d&rsquo;\u00c9tat aux migrations est d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e maximale de dix ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flying Teachers reprendra la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle du bureau fide \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine. Le mandat a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres. Les t\u00e2ches assign\u00e9es par le Secr\u00e9tariat d&rsquo;\u00c9tat aux migrations (SEM) pour g\u00e9rer le bureau comprennent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l&rsquo;information et la communication sur&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fide-info.ch\/fr\/fide\/quest-ce-que-fide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fide<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la mise en \u0153uvre et le d\u00e9veloppement des instruments &#8211; tels que le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fide-service.ch\/fr\/attestations\/test-fide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">certificat de langue fide<\/a>&nbsp;ou le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fide-service.ch\/fr\/cours-fide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">label fide<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la planification et la mise en \u0153uvre de mesures permettant de prendre en compte les innovations et les tendances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>fide favorise l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration linguistique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fide est le programme suisse de promotion de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration linguistique. L\u2019acronyme provient de \u00ab\u00a0Fran\u00e7ais, Italiano, Deutsch in der Schweiz\u00a0\u00bb. Le programme est bas\u00e9 sur le \u00ab\u00a0Cadre europ\u00e9en commun de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europaeischer-referenzrahmen.de\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/a>&nbsp;pour les langues\u00a0\u00bb (GER) (en allemand). Il permet aux migrants de faire face linguistiquement \u00e0 des situations concr\u00e8tes de la vie. Plus de 15 employ\u00e9s et plus de 50 experts travaillent pour le bureau fide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SEM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 fide en collaboration avec des experts sur une base scientifique.
