Il est rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 la division Formation professionnelle et continue de R\u00e9my H\u00fcbschi, directeur suppl\u00e9ant du SEFRI. La direction de cette unit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e par Sabine Scheiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle unit\u00e9 doit donner des impulsions suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le d\u00e9veloppement et l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des conditions cadres de l&rsquo;apprentissage tout au long de la vie en Suisse. Ainsi, le SEFRI pourra \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir traiter le th\u00e8me de la formation continue de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e et globale sur la base de la loi sur la formation professionnelle et de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/fr\/fsea-fr\/politique-de-la-formation\/loi-sur-la-formation-continue\/\">loi sur la formation continue<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intensification de la collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FSEA consid\u00e8re que cette nouvelle unit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le important, notamment en ce qui concerne le d\u00e9veloppement du domaine de la formation continue. La formation continue obtient ainsi une plus grande visibilit\u00e9 au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.
