La formation continue n&rsquo;est toutefois qu&rsquo;une \u00abr\u00e9flexion secondaire\u00bb, ce qui est regrettable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Article: Helen Buchs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dernier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbfi.admin.ch\/fr\/evaluation-de-la-recherche-en-matiere-de-formation-professionnelle-en-suisse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rapport d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation sur la recherche en formation professionnelle en Suisse<\/a> dresse un bilan globalement positif. Au cours des vingt derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le soutien cibl\u00e9 de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir la recherche sur la formation professionnelle. Dans le m\u00eame temps, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation montre clairement quelarecherche sur la formation continue reste largement en marge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recherche \u00e9tablie sur la formation professionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation montre que l&rsquo;objectif central du soutien a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la recherche sur la formation professionnelle en Suisse s&rsquo;est \u00e9tablie \u00e0 un niveau reconnu internationalement. Il existe un large vivier de chercheuses et chercheurs, des projets th\u00e9matiques vari\u00e9s et des structures institutionnelles telles que les Leading Houses ou l&rsquo;IFFP. Selon le rapport d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, le transfert vers la politique et la pratique est toutefois moins r\u00e9ussi. La recherche s&rsquo;oriente en outre souvent vers des logiques disciplinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formation continue, angle mort de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est frappant de constater que la formation continue n&rsquo;est gu\u00e8re prise en compte de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique dans le rapport d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation. Elle n&rsquo;appara\u00eet ni comme un objet de recherche \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, ni comme un domaine th\u00e9matique distinct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela refl\u00e8te la logique de promotion. Malgr\u00e9 des d\u00e9cennies de promotion de la recherche en formation professionnelle, peu de recherches substantielles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur la formation continue (professionnelle). De nombreux aspects de la formation continue restent donc sous-\u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi la formation continue a besoin de la recherche scientifique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La recherche scientifique est indispensable pour que la formation continue puisse d\u00e9ployer ses effets. Trois raisons en particulier plaident en faveur de cela:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Une approche diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e d&rsquo;un domaine h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne: la formation continue comprend des formes, des groupes cibles et des contextes d&rsquo;apprentissage tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. La recherche rend cette diversit\u00e9 visible et analytiquement tangible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Des connaissances en mati\u00e8re de pilotage pour la politique et la pratique: des preuves de ce qui fonctionne, pour qui et dans quelles conditions, sont une condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 un pilotage efficace et \u00e0 des investissements judicieux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Une base pour un d\u00e9veloppement cibl\u00e9: l&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;innovation n\u00e9cessitent des connaissances syst\u00e9matiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi un soutien sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la recherche sur la formation continue est n\u00e9cessaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tant que la formation continue n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une \u00abr\u00e9flexion\u00bb, son importance sociale et \u00e9conomique reste insuffisamment prise en compte. Sans structures de soutien sp\u00e9cifiques, aucune recherche coh\u00e9rente sur la formation continue ne peut se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le mod\u00e8le de la recherche sur la formation professionnelle, il faudrait actuellement une \u00e9valuation approfondie de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de la recherche sur la formation continue en Suisse et des instruments de promotion appropri\u00e9s qui encouragent de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e la recherche sur la formation continue de mani\u00e8re interdisciplinaire, en tant que recherche fondamentale et en tant que recherche appliqu\u00e9e.
