Les 11 et 12 mars s’est tenu pour la premi\u00e8re fois le hackathon FSEA: plus de 50 participantes et participants ont travaill\u00e9 en huit groupes sur six d\u00e9fis. L’objectif : esquisser, \u00e0 l’aide de l’intelligence artificielle, des solutions innovantes pour le domaine de la formation continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambiance start-up dans les locaux de Blueion \u00e0 Zurich: huit groupes de cinq \u00e0 huit personnes discutaient, esquissaient, riaient et gesticulaient \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents endroits sur deux \u00e9tages. De temps \u00e0 autre, quelqu\u2019un se d\u00e9tachait du groupe pour demander aux collaborateurs de la FSEA s\u2019il y avait des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019impression ou du mat\u00e9riel \u2013 avant de dispara\u00eetre \u00e0 nouveau, presque de mani\u00e8re conspiratrice, dans la foule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’\u00e9tait bien s\u00fbr pr\u00e9vu ainsi, mais l’engagement, l’autonomie et le rythme avec lesquels les participantes et les participants se sont mis au travail ont tout de m\u00eame surpris. Ils ont visiblement pris tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux leur mission: trouver une solution d’IA pour un d\u00e9fi sp\u00e9cifique. Six d\u00e9fis<\/a> \u00e9taient propos\u00e9s, chacun avec un th\u00e8me propre, comme par exemple la durabilit\u00e9, la participation ou les perspectives d’avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engag\u00e9s et autonomes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les groupes se sont organis\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames pendant la majeure partie de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de deux jours. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019au moment du pitch, o\u00f9 ils disposaient chacun de deux minutes pour pr\u00e9senter leur r\u00e9sultat, qu\u2019ils ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 ce sur quoi ils avaient travaill\u00e9 tout ce temps. Ainsi, une \u00e9quipe a par exemple pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un assistant d\u2019inscription assist\u00e9 par IA pour des offres de formation continue et a termin\u00e9 sa derni\u00e8re phrase au son du gong, qui a retenti sans piti\u00e9 au bout de deux minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une autre \u00e9quipe a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 Edukrates, le syst\u00e8me d\u2019assistance IA destin\u00e9 aux enseignants, qui analyse par exemple les supports et m\u00e9thodes existants. Ou encore Teachform, qui formate automatiquement les supports p\u00e9dagogiques selon les r\u00e8gles CI\/CD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abThinghaving\u00bb pour plus de participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est finalement le groupe \u00abThinghaving\u00bb qui a remport\u00e9 la mise aupr\u00e8s du jury, compos\u00e9 des experts Melanie Knieps, Linus Murbach et Livie Kundert: un prototype d\u2019agent IA qui agit comme une sorte de robot d\u2019indexation, passant au crible les offres de formation continue pour aider ainsi les professionnels \u00e0 conseiller les personnes ayant besoin de comp\u00e9tences de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le jury a \u00e9t\u00e9 convaincu par ce prototype d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s fonctionnel, qui contribue \u00e0 rendre la formation continue plus accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais l\u2019accent \u00e9tait bien s\u00fbr mis sur la participation et la collaboration. Au final, ce fut un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9ussi et enrichissant, qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e9tonnamment fluide pour une premi\u00e8re et qui a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019engagement du secteur de la formation continue \u00e0 faire bouger les choses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
