Ceux-ci doivent se voir accorder un droit \u00e0 la formation continue leur permettant d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et de se r\u00e9orienter professionnellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bouleversements technologiques, \u00e9conomiques ou r\u00e9glementaires peuvent transformer consid\u00e9rablement certaines professions, voire les faire dispara\u00eetre. Une motion demande donc au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie nationale visant \u00e0 garantir la formation continue pr\u00e9ventive et la reconversion des personnes concern\u00e9es. Le Conseil national l&rsquo;a adopt\u00e9e fin avril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, en cas de bouleversements technologiques, \u00e9conomiques ou r\u00e9glementaires majeurs, les personnes actives doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une formation continue pr\u00e9ventive ou d&rsquo;une reconversion avant que leurs emplois ne soient profond\u00e9ment modifi\u00e9s ou supprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agir de mani\u00e8re proactive plut\u00f4t que r\u00e9active<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La motion indique qu\u2019une strat\u00e9gie pr\u00e9ventive, fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es et port\u00e9e par un partenariat, am\u00e9liorerait l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9, pr\u00e9serverait l&rsquo;assurance-ch\u00f4mage, renforcerait la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innovation et garantirait l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances dans toutes les r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de r\u00e9agir a posteriori aux pertes d&#8217;emplois, la Suisse, en tant que p\u00f4le d&rsquo;innovation, devrait agir de mani\u00e8re proactive. Une strat\u00e9gie coh\u00e9rente permettrait d\u2019identifier \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce les travailleurs dont les activit\u00e9s sont expos\u00e9es \u00e0 un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 et de leur donner acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des formations continues cibl\u00e9es.
