D\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9e par le Conseil national, elle fait d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une proposition d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcoration de la part de la Commission de la science, de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de la culture du Conseil des \u00c9tats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/fr\/news\/strategie-en-matiere-de-formation-continue-preventive-une-nouvelle-etape-franchie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fin avril 2026, le Conseil national a adopt\u00e9 cette motion issue de plusieurs interventions parlementaires.<\/a> Celle-ci demande au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u2019\u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie nationale en mati\u00e8re de formation continue pr\u00e9ventive et de reconversion professionnelle pour les personnes actives dont les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 sont touch\u00e9s par des bouleversements technologiques, \u00e9conomiques ou r\u00e9glementaires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fin juin, la Commission de la science, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de la culture du Conseil des \u00c9tats (CSEC-E) a examin\u00e9 cette motion. Si elle reconna\u00eet la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019agir, elle propose toutefois une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-wbk-s-2026-06-30-1.aspx?lang=1036\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">adaptation<\/a>: au lieu d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie nationale, elle demande simplement qu\u2019une analyse soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et que des mesures en d\u00e9coulent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FSEA se r\u00e9jouit que la CSEC-E reconnaisse la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019agir.
