L&rsquo;accent est mis en particulier sur le lieu de travail (<a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/fr\/themes\/competences-de-base\/go-promotion-des-competences-en-situation-de-travail\/le-modele-go\/\">mod\u00e8le GO<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-50 is-style-outline is-style-outline--2\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/fr\/recherche\/developpements-pour-la-pratique\/competences-de-base-comme-theme-transversal\/\">Comp\u00e9tences de base comme th\u00e8me transversal<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FSEA estime qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire de renforcer le r\u00f4le de la formation continue dans le domaine de la durabilit\u00e9.
