Cette m\u00e9thode permet des processus d\u2019apprentissage innovants tout en favorisant un apprentissage durable li\u00e9 au lieu concern\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet vise \u00e0 renforcer la collaboration entre les organisations de formation, les communaut\u00e9s et les acteurs locaux ainsi que le march\u00e9 du travail dans une r\u00e9gion, en particulier dans les zones rurales qui ne disposent souvent pas d\u2019offres de formation continue attrayantes ou facilement accessibles. Les offres de formation bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019approche PBE peuvent susciter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, augmenter les taux de participation et renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 globale de ces r\u00e9gions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet PLASE s\u2019adresse aux formatrices et formateurs, au personnel de formation ainsi qu\u2019aux organisations de formation continue et aux acteurs locaux dans le domaine de la formation continue et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes. Le projet met particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019accent sur les groupes cibles d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s qui n\u2019ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pas acc\u00e8s aux offres de formation continue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promouvoir l\u2019inclusion sociale: renforcer la relation entre les organisations de formation continue et les acteurs locaux, afin promouvoir l\u2019inclusion et l\u2019int\u00e9gration de personnes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es dans les mesures \u00e9ducatives.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes et de nouveaux supports en formation continue qui se basent sur les ressources, les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences locales existantes afin d\u2019augmenter la participation des adultes aux offres de formation \u2013 en particulier parmi les groupes cibles qui ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent peu particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation continue.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer les comp\u00e9tences des formatrices et formateurs : rendre les formatrices et formateurs capables, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formation professionnelle continue, de mettre en \u0153uvre efficacement l\u2019\u00e9ducation bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019ancrage local (Place-Based Education, PBE).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolider la collaboration: \u00e9tablir des partenariats plus \u00e9troits entre les organisations de formation, les communaut\u00e9s locales et le march\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9er des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9change dynamiques afin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux besoins locaux en mati\u00e8re d\u2019apprentissage.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer les \u00e9changes internationaux sur les d\u00e9fis dans la formation continue et l\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un manuel complet <\/strong>\u2013 un guide pratique ax\u00e9 sur la pratique et destin\u00e9 au personnel de formation pour une mise en \u0153uvre efficace de l\u2019\u00e9ducation bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019ancrage local (PBE).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Programmes de partenriats avec les communaut\u00e9s <\/strong>\u2013 renforcement des relations entre les organisations de formation et les actrices et acteurs locaux.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visites d\u2019\u00e9tude et ateliers <\/strong>\u2013 opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissages ax\u00e9s sur la pratique pour l\u2019\u00e9changes de connaissances et de bonnes pratiques.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exemples de bonnes pratiques <\/strong>\u2013 pr\u00e9sentation de mod\u00e8les PBE r\u00e9ussis pour inspirer et encourager d\u2019autres mises en \u0153uvre.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9cits de la communaut\u00e9 <\/strong>\u2013 documentation des effets
