Il modello \u00e8 flessibile e applicabile in tutte le aziende (dalle piccole alle grandi) allo stesso tempo tiene conto dell\u2019unicit\u00e0 di ogni azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cinque tappe per una buona promozione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GO consiste in cinque tappe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Analisi dei requisiti:<\/strong> cosa devono sapere le persone per conoscere il proprio lavoro?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rilevamento dei bisogni:<\/strong> determina i bisogni dei collaboratori in relazione all\u2019analisi dei requisiti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Misure formative:<\/strong> si basa sull\u2019analisi dei requisiti e sul rilevamento dei bisogni (punti 1 e 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trasferimento:<\/strong> fa parte delle misura educativa e viene implementato grazie a compiti mirati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valutazione:<\/strong> misura il successo delle misure formative e del transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le misure formative sono di breve durata (20\u201340 ore).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
